Refund Policy

Ebooks, online digital courses, software or any other digitally delivered books or products are not refundable if started, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or accessed. Refund requests for any Ebooks or digital product that has not been redeemed, activated, accessed, or downloaded, must be requested within 7 days of the date of purchase by emailing services@doublealbatross.com Please include your course title and the email address used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus the credit card processing fees.

How do I purchase my course book?
You will go to the Books tab on the website's main menu. Select the book that your course instructor has listed in their course syllabus or materials section. Create an account using your school issued email address and create a secure password.
Note: Do not register with gmail or facebook.

You do not need a PayPal account. You will have the option to select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."

I registered with the wrong email. How do I update my email address and login?
Please email services@doublealbatross.com and ask our service team to update your email address to your university email address. Please include the email you used to register and the email address you wish to update your account to in the body of the email.

Once your email has been updated, you will need to reset your password to the new email address. You can follow the notes in the guide below.

How do I log back into my book?
Below the menu at the top of the Double Albatross website you will see a log in button. This will allow you to log back into your account and view the book by clicking "My Programs".

Are there any coupon codes?
There are limited instances of coupon codes being offered for books. If your course instructor has a coupon code they will list it in their communication. Please make sure to use the code when making the purchase as they cannot be applied after the purchase has been completed.

I have questions about my course, who do I contact?
Contact your instructor directly for any questions about your course. We provide the Ebooks that your instructors will use for the course. The instructor will provide the syllabus, course structure, and grades associated with the course you are taking

I bought the wrong book and I would like to exchange it.
Please email services@doublealbatross.com with the subjet line "Exchange Book." In the email please list your university or school, the course you are taking,, the book you bought originally, and the book you would like to purchase in exchange. We will email you back with instructions for the next steps.
